🎚️ Downgrade potential slider

The percentage of Advanced users whose actual activity shows they could safely move to a lower licence tier. Default is 25% — a conservative industry benchmark from GRC Advisory projects. Real engagements typically land between 20%–40%. Adjust the slider to match your own estimate.

📉 93% FUE recovery rate

For each user downgraded from Advanced, GRC Advisory projects recover ~0.93 FUE annually. This accounts for partial-month credits and licence mix rounding — it is the benchmark applied in this calculation.

📋 PUPM billing model

SAP Cloud ERP bills each user based on the highest Business Catalog assigned, regardless of whether it is ever opened. One user with one Advanced catalog = one Advanced PUPM charge every month.

🔁 Monthly rate → annual savings

The calculator uses your negotiated monthly PUPM rate (€/user/month). Annual savings = downgradeable users × 0.93 FUE recovery × monthly rate × 12 months. This is then compared against GRC Aura's fixed annual subscription cost.
